  • New Artist Must Pay a $40 Deposit For Their Very First Session

  • After first session deposit paid artist is able to pay at the start time of new sessions

  • All new artist profiles created
    i.e. accompanied session with another artist or featured for another artist, still required to pay the deposit

  • Sessions scheduled without contact or deposit payment will be canceled

  • Artists who haven’t booked with KC in over six months fall under this policy

  • 15 Minute Late Fee ($10), Rescheduling Fee ($10), Reduced Hours ($10/hr), Cancelation Fee ($40)

  • 15 minutes past the start time results in a Late Fee

  • Rescheduling within 24 hours of the original start time results in a Rescheduling Fee

    Reschedule     must be rebooked (for whatever day & time) before midnight, the day of the original session If not, a cancelation fee will be applied

    If rescheduling is abused by an artist (multiple reschedules, rescedule within 4 hours of start time) fee will be raised to $40

  • Reducing the number of hours in the middle of a session result in a Reduced Hours Fee (A 4 Hour Session ends 2 Hours early)

  • Cancellation within 24 hours of the session start time result in a Cancelation Fee

  • Sessions Scheduled 4 hours or more require a $40 deposit

  • You will see “(Deposit)” Please refer to “Payment Methods” on the next page

  • If the deposit is not made 24 hours before the session start time, a cancelation will occur

  • Revision’s

  • All artists have access to a 30 minute revision booking at the cost of $20

  • Send lost files, very small/quick mix adjustments (volume adjustment, adlib delete, very small tone changing with EQ) Rebounce with open verse, Lower reverb/delay, etc.

  • Please contact KC to book a revision

  • Remote only option

  • Please Expect a Maximum Completion of 1 Song An Hour (No 30-minute songs)

  • KC’s process after many years of experience has grown to 1 song in about 1 hour and 30 minutes

    Varies tremendously on how long a recording process consumes

    The expectation of money well spent is understood and KC will do his best to achieve your expectations within reason

    This is a collaborative effort and KC’s name is on the work as well, 1 song every 1 hour is within reason of these expectations

  • Weapon Policy

  • Weapons of any kind are not permitted within any of the studios. An immediate end to the session will occur if this policy is not followed.
